Geek Squad (Kirk) set up my new printer wireless very quickly and efficiently and gave me a quick tutorial. It would have taken me a whole lot longer to do this myself. Terrific service!

Our agent had our new computer set up very quickly, and was great in explaining things to us!

The tech who came to my home was able to restore the service of my printer and it is working well. However, I am still disappointed that I was given an extra charge for what was a system malfunction between my computer and the printer. She was there to "clean up" my computer and I assumed that functioning with the printer would be one service.

My setup went great. The printer is working fine. I used it for another’s 25 minutes of work done .

The agent programmed my sound bar to my tv and explained what to do should we have a electrical failure. The agent programmed my printer to my ipad. Very knowledgeable, professional and quick. Outstanding service.

The Geek Squad Tech installed a new Hp printer, connected it to the computer and set up the auto ink supplies. Wonderful, polite and professional Tech. I would recommend Delmer to my best friends.

Kyle of the geek squad installed/activited my new tablet. He was very good. He was able to transfer all information from my old tablet to my new tablet. Great!!
