Harlem, my Geek Squad agent, made me feel comfortable and confident about my new printer. He was able to connect my laptop, iPhone, iPad and Mac to the printer making my home/work environment easy to maneuver. I’m delighted I signed up for the Total Tech program!

i am elderly. The Geek Squad did fine, but i should have made notes, because of my age, I didn't, and I wish i could have remembered all the things the man said, but i simply forgot by the end of the day. So i had to re-schedule the Geek Squad and they will return 10/19/2022
