Véry clear copies. Fast and good Print. Ink level is good. Can make several copies without running out Of ink. Another plus.

Geek Squad took about an hour and a half to get my printer connected to the internet. I never could have done it. HP makes things so difficult for the average user. Thank goodness for the Geek Squad.

I have good service with Geek Squad, it is more expensive than it use to but, they come to my home and set me up and check to make sure that my printer is connected to my tablet and laptop.

Love the little bother printers. They do everything but break the bank. I have had one of the older ones like this one for years and it just works and works. My wife had an HP that was pretty expensive and it was so unreliable we finally bought her this brother and once again for only 59 bucks how can you go wrong. It just works and works. Not a high quality but if you don't need it for great photos then this is a good printer.

The Geek Squad had to cancel my first appointment due to not being able to make it out in the evening. It took a very long time to reschedule the appointment on the phone. However, the service was excellent when the Geek Squad made it out once the appointment was rescheduled.—-The Geek Squad team member was courteous, professional, fixed the problem, and did it quickly.

The Agent was on time, polite and professional. He confirmed that my new HP computer was functioning correctly. Unfortunately he was not able to help me with my functionality of my Outlook program although the staff at the store had stated that my Agent would be able to help me with this.
