The agent did a great job troubleshooting and resolving my printer issues. He set everything up properly and made familiarized me with operating systems. Very happy with the service. Certainly well worth the money.

i am elderly. The Geek Squad did fine, but i should have made notes, because of my age, I didn't, and I wish i could have remembered all the things the man said, but i simply forgot by the end of the day. So i had to re-schedule the Geek Squad and they will return 10/19/2022

The agent came to check printer. Color was not working. A half hour later he had it working like new. Highly recommended and very professional and courteous.
