Jason is extremely knowledgeable and skilled..he noted that I should upgrade my phone and or computer in order for the printer to communicate seamlessly...unfortunately I'm unable to do that at this point in time...therefore I'm still struggling to get the printer to work...operator error...

The agent looked at my old printer and fixed the problem we had so we did not need the new printer so we were able to return to new printer. He did a great job.

I was totally impressed with all three of my techs. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix my Epson printer that went out after a power outage due to storms and tornadoes In my area, but did a great job on my TV. I will get my new printer from BEST BUY, now knowing their service is this talented.

Got my old HP Laser printer to print again from my new computer. Considering that is the printer I use 99% of the time it was great to have it in printing shape again.

The agent installed my new printer, showed me how to operate, and fixed connection problems from printer to computer. He was efficient and professional. He was also courteous and patient with all my many questions. He notified when he was expected to arrive and followed instructions for getting around my apartment building complex with ease. PLUS he completed the job in record time! I am very pleased with his service. You can always count on Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

We were having a problem setting up a new copy machine. We set up a time for the Geek Squad. He was on time and took him no time to do it. He also explained different things that has been very helpful. He was very good. Well worth it!

Service agent right on time and loaded the printer drivers and tested the copier for prints. Unfortunately I noticed after he had gone that my printer tries to print everything as a PDF and won't print.. will call for a follow-up visit and pay the $100

My tech was very personable and knowledgeable about the printer that I had purchased. He set everything up and went over all the parts and supplies- he even had me install two of the ink cartridges myself to ensure that it made sense and that I would feel comfortable installing them in the future. That was very much appreciated! One part of the setup could not be completed that day as I did not have the correct information about one item related to my older computer. Even so, the printer was operating correctly and I was able to print out forms I needed, some in color, for a personal project. Very pleased with the setup service!

The Geek Squad young man who came to trouble shoot my HP ENVY 6455e All in One Series printer was very knowledgeable and efficient. He had my printer back in operation in record time. It had been installed initially by a family member who wasn't aware that a driver needed to be installed. I love my printer and I'm so happy to have it working again. I am a happy Best Buy customer.
