Superb. Professional. Excellent. One of the best experiences with an installation I've had in some time. Put my device in action in record time and was able to explain what was going on in layman terms. I've never had a single problem so far and that is rare with my past experience with new tech.

Joshua had to come out to answer our call to satisfy my uncooperative printer since my Epson printer doesn't accept 5G network. Therefore no joy. Tried every possible approach to solving the problem with no success so we had to have a specialist from the Squad to come and help satisfy or need. No joy here either so they are continuing to determine what the next step should be. We agreed that I should schedule an in-store appointment with the Geek Squad to help with the problem at no cost to me. If that works I will be a very happy camper.

The geek squad was totally AWESOME !! They were very polite and answered any questions we had . They never acted like our question were silly but just answered them. We are very grateful they could come and get us all set up in working order.

The agent inspected and reprogrammed my printer to respond to my laptop and my cell phone. I recently changed my internet service and Travis Snyder from the Geek Squad tackled the situation with ease. Thank you Travis Snyder.

The agent set up my iMac, connected it to my printer via wire and wireless. He was very conscientious in reviewing basic operations. I could’ve used additional assistance in opening, web, browsers, and other online software that was installed after his visit. I suggest a follow up visit after an initial set up, especially for a novice user as myself.

I already reviewed this once but… Here goes again! These guys really knew what they were doing/they did an excellent job/and if I ever have problems again in the future, I will definitely call Best Buy geek squad, and recommend them to my friends!
