The Geek Squad representative, William, was great. He recommended what was required to have computers work at best performance.

The Geek Squad was able to schedule me right away, let me know when to expect them with follow up calls and came and set up my printer in a very quick and easy way.

We had our new printer installed by a member of the Greek squad. We were somewhat disappointed. The WI-FI feature was not installed. We had a family member finish the installation. We wished the member would of explained what he was doing as he did it but ignored us and used his phone. We hope fro a more engaging member next time.

Andrew set up my Brother printer. Sounds simple but it presented some obstacles (dosent always). Ive had him here before and he definitely knows his way around tech!

After I explained the problem being unable to successfully download the HP printer software he went to work and within 20 minutes had the printer working. I am totally disgusted with hardware manufacturers that provide little or no documentation with the products they sell.
