My only concern was I spent time on the phone with a tech and he never suggested I check the settings, which would have told us what the problem was without calling the tech out to the house.

Our printer problem was very complicated but the technician Kyle "redid" the situation after much diagnoses. We now have a working printer that prints from the computer! We are relieved and amazed.
