Using the Geek Squad was the best way for me to go, with my not knowing much about setting up a printer. The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects. He kept me informed as to his arrival time. It was well worth the money spent to use the Geek Squad.

He arrived on time and installed my new printer quickly. He also showed me how to use it and put a link on my computer to the guide so I could learn more.

The agent helped me trouble shoot my current printer. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’d like for him to be my personal Agent. I have a lot of respect for his integrity and knowledge.

The agent was excellent. I couldn't print from my laptop and she figured out that it had nothing to do with the printer but was a setting on my phone controlling my mesh system without missing a beat.

He did a good job installing my computer and printer. Since the original appointment was scheduled a day before and no one showed up or called, I appreciated the quick service by Tim. Since the initial service my new printer which worked for a couple days now shows an error message and will not work. I decided to wait until Tim can come back instead of having another tech.

I made an appointment. I then waited I waited most of that mutually agreed upon date for the Best Buy technician to show up. No call from Best buy to inform me that they had infact cancelled my appointment and I could not get an explanation why. For the same I initial printer repair I attempted to reschedule 3 times each time they neglected to call as promised each time with a time of the appointment. 3 more times they cancelled with no phone call informing me of the cancellation and with absolutely no explanation why they cancelled. Horrible service service. Avoid Best Buy!

Geek Squad took about an hour and a half to get my printer connected to the internet. I never could have done it. HP makes things so difficult for the average user. Thank goodness for the Geek Squad.

Andrew set up my Brother printer. Sounds simple but it presented some obstacles (dosent always). Ive had him here before and he definitely knows his way around tech!
