The Geek Squad tech installed my computer efficiently , quickly, and in such a way that it saves me steps and effort to sign in and move throughout the emails and downloads.

The agent arrived on time and set up my printer. However, the agent failed to remove the old printer from my computer. Otherwise, the agent did the setup on time and with ease. Everything works as it should.

The agent was very nice and was able toget our printer working. Two weeks later we have the same problem it will not print from our computers only from my husband’s phone. I’m very upset that the fix didn’t work and I refuse to spend $130 again! I’m ready to bring this printer back as well unless you can resolve our problem !
