Installed a printer did a great job very knowledgeable and fast

The Geek Squad had to cancel my first appointment due to not being able to make it out in the evening. It took a very long time to reschedule the appointment on the phone. However, the service was excellent when the Geek Squad made it out once the appointment was rescheduled.—-The Geek Squad team member was courteous, professional, fixed the problem, and did it quickly.

Love the Geek Squad. They answer questions as I learn how to operate my new pc and when I ordered a printer and then had a problem with scanning feature, they made a house call.
