I specifically told the Agent I wanted the printer to be able to communicate with my/our cell phones. Never done/happed. Bad on me/bad on him! I am on the app and being not too savvy, have no idea how to clue of how to use the feature that is sold to me!

Printer was installed. But why can’t they give a better window for the appointment time. They didn’t get here until at least an hour after the latest time they were to be here. The person was very knowledgeable but in a hurry because it was so late
