I was having trouble with wifi system and new Samsung tv. Gary arrived from Geek Sq. He was patient answering my questions, took care of all problems and in process I learned a lot!

I want to thank Best Buy for their Geek Squad. This is the best service ever. Nathanal came to y home and was very very helpful and patient.

All good and didn't feel stupid for not doing it myself

the gentleman from the geek squad was great. He set up my new printer and added it to my phone, tablet and laptop. He answered all my questions and made sure everything worked be fore he left.

The Geeks who visited my apartment about a week ago helped me reestablish the connectivity between my computer and my printer. They were very helpful and friendly.

Simple and quick when someone shows you how. My issue was mostly resolved by then time came for the visit BUT 10 minutes and he showed me what to do for whenever....

the agent was professional and very helpful, He was able to set up my scanner and explain to me how it works, He even sat with me to make sure I was able to get it working correctly.

Very satisfied with the work performed and the timely arrival. I believe he has pride in the work he does and truly is not satisfied unless he believes he does an excellent job.

I specifically told the Agent I wanted the printer to be able to communicate with my/our cell phones. Never done/happed. Bad on me/bad on him! I am on the app and being not too savvy, have no idea how to clue of how to use the feature that is sold to me!

Printer set up was canceled because printer was broken and needed to be replaced. Your agent canceled the charge against me with the credit card company. Which I appreciate.

We've had numerous service calls for this printer. The problem appears to be either with the WiFi system or with Canon software. Thomas always figures out a workaround.

We had our new printer installed by a member of the Greek squad. We were somewhat disappointed. The WI-FI feature was not installed. We had a family member finish the installation. We wished the member would of explained what he was doing as he did it but ignored us and used his phone. We hope fro a more engaging member next time.
