Very patient in explaining functions of the printer, making sure it worked on my laptop and showed options for scanning.

Very knowledgable tecnition. Problem was an incorect setting which he discovered immediately and reset the setting to the correct one. Printer now works perfectly.

Love the little bother printers. They do everything but break the bank. I have had one of the older ones like this one for years and it just works and works. My wife had an HP that was pretty expensive and it was so unreliable we finally bought her this brother and once again for only 59 bucks how can you go wrong. It just works and works. Not a high quality but if you don't need it for great photos then this is a good printer.

Our printer problem was very complicated but the technician Kyle "redid" the situation after much diagnoses. We now have a working printer that prints from the computer! We are relieved and amazed.

Lost connection between PC and printer, Geek Squad Tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Identified the problem and fixed quickly. My only concern was I spent time on the phone with a tech and he never suggested I check the settings, which would have told us what the problem was without calling the tech out to the house.

AFTER THE PROBLEMS WE HAD WITH THE INITIAL PURCHASE OF THE COMPUTER AND SCHEDULINGTO HAVE IT SET UP, IT WAS A RELIEF TO HAVE THE GEEK SQUAD FINALLY SETUP THE COMPUTER AND THE PRINTER.
