Geek Squad individual installed my new HP printer and also checked to make sure replacement of ink cartridges program was installed. I have had excellent service before from the Geek Squad and have always been very pleased with their service.

The agent arrived in a timely manner and efficiently programed my printer to the computer. It works great. Also, I thought it was nice to put on booties over his shoes.

I'm thinking your asking me about my new printer. Its excellent, and James (my Tech) was super. I use it almost every day and its easy and James left me an instruction sheet for quick reference.

Agent set up my printer and connected it to both my laptops, then tested everything and showed me how everything worked - it was great and she was really helpful.
