The geek agent came to my house; and,, setup the HP printer.

I could not set up my printer myself so I called and had it done for me and it went great. would use this type of service again when needed.

Didnt connect my printer to my computer. He recommended what i should purchase that would work with my computer. I purchased an epon printer and was able to install myself. Thank you for the recommendations.

They arrived when they said they would were respectful and patiently answered my questions

My service Geek, (Montgomery if my memory serves me correctly) was great. He arrived timely, went right to work, completed my request efficiently. He was knowledgable, patient with my questions and had my computer and printer both working beautifully. This service representative deserves a 10+. Thank you!

Geek Squad agent Hernandez Jones trouble shot my printer and immediately begin to fix the printer issue. She explained every step she took to arrive at the right solution. She was polite and very courteous.I was very impressed with her skills and knowledge. She is an asset to your organization. I will recommend her to all my friends.

Geek Squad arrived on time; were very thorough in installing new printer/copier/scanner explaining what they were doing each phase of the process and answered our questions. Very knowledgeable and competent...we will use them again!

I am very impressed with my In-Home service. Xuyen Diep was on time and worked like he definitely knew what he was doing. He talked to me about what I wanted him to do when setting up my new computer and Printer. After he was done, he had me on the computer seeing if I had any questions about any of the new things. He was very patient and explained every detail of the simple things to more intricate things. He made sure that I was comfortable using everything on it. He even gave me his business card so I could call him if I thought of something after he had gone. He also got my new printer up and running as well as explaining how to use it . His patience and understanding that these were new items for me and there were things I needed to know made him the best person to attend to my needs.

Years ago, I was very disappointed with the Geek Squad but I can tell you that they improved their services dramatically. Last year I decided to give it another try and I have been very pleased. Most recently Dani came to my home to install a new laser printer. That may sound easy to many but I am technologically challenged. Dani was outstanding. She was prompt, friendly and did excellent work. I also learned that have tech people who specialize in different areas so as I wanted to expand/improve my television and audio system, someone else was scheduled to make recommendations. That was Drew and he was most helpful; he went out of his way to offer to help me with anything I might need from Best Buy. Now I have a third appointment for installation of the new audio/visual equipment scheduled and on Drew’s recommendation I am waiting an extra two weeks so I can use the services of his best installer. I highly recommend this service if you like me are not very tech savvy.

Your agent was a very nice young lady that set up my printer in about 10 minutes, flat! I had tried for days. She said, Dont feel bad, Ivdo this for a living. I said, I used to be able to do things like that, but my 75 yr old brain simply wont let me!!! We laughed. She was great.

The technician was very professional but had limited knowledge of the printer’s more advanced settings. I had to reach out to HP in order to get the correct driver version to meet my printing needs. Once that was accomplished - it took about two hours to figure out the issue. Best Buy should make sure that its specialists advise their clients when they should reach out to HP. I purchased a more expensive printer when the issue was really a driver issue.

In home service was excellent! Was very happy with the work that was done.

Ernesto of Geek Squad came to our home on time, unboxed our new Epson printer/scanner, set it up to our iMac, confirmed the WiFi connection was available, ran some scanner and printer tests, and explained how it should work. Ernesto is knowledgeable professional and offered excellent service! In my opinion he should be promoted to CEO of BestBuy.

On time. Jared cleared up the stuff that I had been wrestling with trying to do for myself & only would've ended up very frustrated. Makes my lpt & me more than happy to be " Geek Squad Patient's. " ;)

My computer was not staying connected to the internet and therefore I was unable to send things to the printer. The agent at Best Buy was very courteous and listened to my remarks patiently. After checking out a couple of things he connected me with the advanced Geek Squad. Agent Mediconda took over remotely and proceeded to research and complete the job. She was kind and helpful while at the same time being very effeicient. I am very pleased with the results. She cleaned up the device and ensured that I have the latest version of Adobe Reader and other needed products.

The service was providencia within schedule. It was a 100% professional job. Than you
