The Geek Squad connected my printer to my home WiFi and everything worked great. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and helpful. Craig was very good at explaining the technical aspects so I would know how to use this method in the future. I am also able to print from my phone. The agents were respectful and ethical to not require me to disclose my WiFi or computer printer passwords. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

Very professional and courteous. Explanation of how to operate the printer were very clear.

The Geek Squad team members showed me how to remove a paper jam from my new HP printer purchased at Best Buy. Upon inquiry, they also helped me to understand what is happening within our independent living facility with the changes to Dish, etc. from Cox regarding Wi-Fi, fiber optics, etc.

Jason is extremely knowledgeable and skilled..he noted that I should upgrade my phone and or computer in order for the printer to communicate seamlessly...unfortunately I'm unable to do that at this point in time...therefore I'm still struggling to get the printer to work...operator error...

I am a Total Tech Member. I buy all my electronic from cell- phone to lap computer, tablet, TV, HP printer, and security outdoor cameras. I love my EUFY security system. As for tech support. I had a problem with my printer, Drake, and Present today. Excellent job and very professional. This is the very reason. I buy all my electronic equipment at my favorite store. BEST BUY!!

I was totally impressed with all three of my techs. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix my Epson printer that went out after a power outage due to storms and tornadoes In my area, but did a great job on my TV. I will get my new printer from BEST BUY, now knowing their service is this talented.

We were having a problem setting up a new copy machine. We set up a time for the Geek Squad. He was on time and took him no time to do it. He also explained different things that has been very helpful. He was very good. Well worth it!
