When the appointment was set they scheduled it as a printer set-up (which it was not). The person said it was standard procedure. The technician who showed up said they had not allotted enough time for what needed to be done, but he did what was needed-being installing a DVD burner.

The Geek squad tech. Came out and disconnected a router that was sending mixed signals so that the computer wasn’t recognizing the printer. That resolved my problem.

It's a fine printer. Still getting use to it. It's nice to know I have the Geek Squad if I need them.
