setting up of printer, making sure that it is printing ok

Your Geek Squad agent, Tammy Bixler, did a great job setting up our new printer!! She offered to return if we needed any more assistance.

The agent Kristofer was very professional and set up my new Dell computer and HP tank printer. He showed me many of the features and was very helpful.

The Geek squad tech. Came out and disconnected a router that was sending mixed signals so that the computer wasn’t recognizing the printer. That resolved my problem.

When the appointment was set they scheduled it as a printer set-up (which it was not). The person said it was standard procedure. The technician who showed up said they had not allotted enough time for what needed to be done, but he did what was needed-being installing a DVD burner.
