Shelly installed our HP 8025 printer and connected to our LT's and iphones and checked everything out. After about three weeks everything works fine. Shelly was on time and wore protective equipment while she worked.

Printer Setup was done Great! Technician is knowledgeable and helpful. He checked all performance point and make sure all is working.

Kevin did an excellent job troubleshooting a color problem that I was having with my printer. He wasn’t able to totally fix it, but he enabled me to print several documents that I needed.

Isaac did a great job fixing the problem I was having with downloading files. This occurred after a new printer was installed. He made sure everything was working properly.

I have some anxiety about every new piece of technology. The Geek Squad alleviated all my fears!

The agent installed my new HP Envy printer, connecting it to my laptop ,showing me how to use both the software online and the printer itself.

I had a printer problem and simply uninstalled it. I do not have an install disk and had a hard time following instructions from the web site. I thought it would be simple for you to re-install, and I fully expected my printer to work as it did before. I had to go in and try set it up the way I had it. It has auto double sided printing and it won't do it now. I can't get envelopes to print. I did not know how to ask questions. I am not smart about computers. I was not satisfied $99 worth. Disappointed, I had to call a friend who knows how to do these things. Sorry, but that's how I see it. I don't know if I would call the Geek Squad again. I probably would, but would be more apt to ask more questions.

Geek Squad Agent was able to get my wireless printer to print at least manually.. The Agent explained to me with my new computer and modem my wireless printer was not capability. I was happy he was at least able to find a work around to print for now.

Super nice tech. I had all my questions and then some answered. I was given the appropriate instructions to help me understand my equipment and proper connections.

Install a solid state digital drive to replace my hard drive that was failing. I can't thank the Geek Squad enough. My computer is running so much baster.
