I had been frustrated with the directions for installing my new printer. After following directions trying to find the appropriate youtube I realize I have geek squad the arrived and connected it and made sure it works from all my devices

I had a printer problem and simply uninstalled it. I do not have an install disk and had a hard time following instructions from the web site. I thought it would be simple for you to re-install, and I fully expected my printer to work as it did before. I had to go in and try set it up the way I had it. It has auto double sided printing and it won't do it now. I can't get envelopes to print. I did not know how to ask questions. I am not smart about computers. I was not satisfied $99 worth. Disappointed, I had to call a friend who knows how to do these things. Sorry, but that's how I see it. I don't know if I would call the Geek Squad again. I probably would, but would be more apt to ask more questions.

The agent was able to very quickly and efficiently link my tablet and printer with a minimum of fuss and without a lot of effort on his part after I'd spent a futile hour or two trying to do the same thing. Thank goodness for the Geek Squad!
