He was Very prompt and thorough in explaining printer.

The agents did everything I asked, set the system up the way I asked, and explained the system so that I felt confident that I could operate the computer to do what I wanted.

My computer was previously installed but I was concerned there was a problem with the scanner. My Geek guy came in and ran diagnostics and did some other fine tuning and it is working great. I really appreciate my Geek in-house support.
