I explained what my new computer was doing to emails, that I had seen yahoo and microsoft 11 did not get along, and they just went to work and fixed the poor marriage.

The agent came in and checked every out. Then reset the areas that needed to be changed and everything started to work properly and was completed in a short length of time. Excellent job "Well Done"
