The 2 young men that came did an awesome job setting up the new printer and making sure the 2 laptops were working fine after the print drivers were installed. Definitely would do an in home appointment again.

The gentleman that came to work on my printer was very professional as well as personable. He discovered the issue and fixed it. He also showed me how I could fix it myself if the problem occured again.

Kevin did an excellent job troubleshooting a color problem that I was having with my printer. He wasn’t able to totally fix it, but he enabled me to print several documents that I needed.

I needed help with my printer. Geek Squad couldn’t fix the problem so I bought a new printer. I again had trouble getting it to work with my Apple computer. Had to have a Geek Squad person come to my home.

Kyle did an excellent job. My D-Link print server was defective and he got around the problem by using my old laptop as a print server. I thank him every time I print remotely. Can't ask for more. Thanks, Kyle.
