The Geek squad installed printer. Arrived as scheduled. Was very efficient. Let me practice using several options to make sure I could operate properly. I am 86 years old and need all help I can get.

As usual the Geek Squad arrived on time and provided excellent service and advise. I am very pleased with my decision to use their services.

Paul was great in setting up our new printers, monitors and programs and also gave us some tips on items for our computers.

Geek did a beautiful job installing then instructing me in its use and answered my questions in easy understandable terms.

The agent set up the printer andthen printed test pages. The agent then showed me the steps to printing and how to change the ink cartridges.

The agent connected our new printer to our network and synced it with our two computers. He was very professional, kind, helpful and thorough - could not have been better

I like the installation on all my components I just did not like the radio I wanted to clock on my radio that was large enough that I could see and this was explained to the salesman now maybe there is a way to make the display on the clock on the radio larger but I have not been able to find it.

Tim did a great job. He took care of the problem and gave us good info about keeping it from happening again. He was very professional and informative.
