New Printer set up with my new MAC. Demonstrated how to use them together on my wireless system. I am very pleased with their expertise and patience. I am not a techie.

My poor printer was in such bad shape this part actually took the longest of anything we did but she managed to produce the best quality prints that machine ever made!

I setup computer from squad instructions. It took a minute, but it is working perfectly since setup and install. The squad member was cordial, knowledgeable and made it less complicated for me.

installing a wireless printer is complicated! but they got it installed and working well. they also answered my questions about the printer and its operation.

They were efficient and found the problems with both printers. Not good news! They took the broken printers so I didn't have to bring them for recycling and saved me a trip.
