This printer was very easy to use and set up even though I've never set one up before. (I did have some help from the geek squad) since set up I've used it many times and it has worked beautifully. I would highly recommend this printer to beginners and experts

Matt did an excellent job installing my new printer. As a senior I needed patient explanation and Matt provided that.
