On time, quick, accurate installation. I just wish the booklet had instructions on how to perform functions like hardware updates for those of us who are older and never got to take computer courses in school.

Didnt connect my printer to my computer. He recommended what i should purchase that would work with my computer. I purchased an epon printer and was able to install myself. Thank you for the recommendations.

The agent setup and connected my printer to my computer. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Service agent right on time and loaded the printer drivers and tested the copier for prints. Unfortunately I noticed after he had gone that my printer tries to print everything as a PDF and won't print.. will call for a follow-up visit and pay the $100

They teams connected my printer and it wasn't an easy fix. They stuck with it and got it done. They also showed me some things on my new computer.

The geek squad did fantastic job installing my device. Very friendly, They were very efficient and gave me instructions on how to use it.

Answered all my questions , Set up printer. Was fast setting up. Took old equipment out.

I purchased a top Lenovo computer together with the Microsoft Office Home & Student package to use for travel and also to have files from an old computer transfered to it. The files were transfered; however, Outlook did not work. When I took the computers back to the Geek Squad to have the problem solved, I was met with Lynn who repeatedly told me that we had only 20 minutes of her time. We also noticed that two other Geek Squad men were spending well over 30 minutes helping another customer with his technical issues. Lynn did not solve the problem, was repeatedly curt, interspersed with instructions. Being long time Best Buy customers and subscribers to Best Buy Technical Support, we were disappointed with Lynn's service and attitude. If she did not know how to solve the problem, we would have been happy to wait and work with someone who did. We have always had superior service and support from the Geek Squad previously. We are now wondering if we should once again request Geek Squad help solve the problem.

Arrived promptly, set up printer and tested. Cleaned up cords and surge protector that I no longer need with a laptop not a desktop.

Although the printer would not cooperate w the Geek Squad tech. I understand that my old printer needed to be replaced. I thank you for your service . Beth

Ken did a GREAT job and found the problem with our TV. We bought a new router from Best Buy that Ken recommended. Thanks Ken!

Geek Squad arrived on time; were very thorough in installing new printer/copier/scanner explaining what they were doing each phase of the process and answered our questions. Very knowledgeable and competent...we will use them again!

I felt this agent was very knowledgeable and helpful in this situation, since it was the 3rd attempt to get this done. However, I was very upset when he informed me, that Best Buy will start charging ,Total Tech members 20% off the price of the visits to have any in home work done at residence. If the company is tracking how many times people are using the service, then they should start having a different plan so they don't abuse it. In other words, why not have the first 10 visits in a year for free like normal? And then the people who abuse it. You can start charging them if they have too many in home visits. Looking at my track record. I haven't had that many,So why should I be penalized? I probably look like I have a couple more than normal. But it's because the job was not completed to the satisfaction of the company so I had to contact BestBuy again to get somebody out here to complete the original work order. The worker explained everything to my satisfaction. And knew his job well plus I could understand him. When I had questions he was able to resolve. It was a good answer.

They have installed a number of things for me.Lately, and I would use them every time because they do fantastic work

Agent arrived at 3 PM 11/22/25. He was friendly and professional. Got my printer running with two different computers. Showed me how to use scanner. Everything seemed good when he left. The next day when I tried to print with computer #2 it would not print, but it would with computer #1. Computer #2 showed the following error message. "Printer offline 3 documents waiting". Help
