This was the best money we've spent recently. Our technician was OUTSTANDING. She was knowledgeable, friendly, talented...I could go on and on! She did not rush thru the job, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was perfect before she left. I have never purchased anything from Best Buy that required this type of service. I will definitely do it again if our tech was representative of how this company operates. Could notbe happier.

So far, so good. I wish it could do double-sided, but it does most of what we need, which is not much really.

The gentlemen who diagnosed the in-house printer and set up the purchased printer were courteous, presented themselves well and professional. They listened to my concerns and made constructive recommendations.

The agent was on time, very professional and did the printer install without any issues, He took time to explain to me how the ink tank system works and to emphasize that I should not let the ink sit without printing something, for any significant period of time to ensure the pads don't dry out.

Jason Finnimore certainly rates an A+! He connected with us initially by telephone to verify the appointment. When he came to the house he was able to pinpoint the problem and to explain in detail why it needed to be replaced and could not be repaired and what he recommended as our next step. We must make mention of the fact that he is very polite and respectful and, most importantly, he is very efficient, competent, and skilled at what he does. He went online to find us a comparable printer and then set up the appointment to return. He took the time to contact Xfinity to resolve a connectivity issue, patiently waiting on hold and then tactfully interacting with the agent with his own knowledge and expertise. Jason repeatedly went above and beyond what was expected or required in order to provide us with the best service with both the modem and the printer setup. He is an asset to the Best Buy geek squad.
