New Printer set up with my new MAC. Demonstrated how to use them together on my wireless system. I am very pleased with their expertise and patience. I am not a techie.

Set up printer, connected with computer and wifi system and explained everything. Very happy with the expertise and knowledge to explain and get me started.

I asked Geek Squad to work on my wireless printer. It was printing documents, but was not printing a pdf. It did not take him long to fix the problem. Everything was fine!

I like the installation on all my components I just did not like the radio I wanted to clock on my radio that was large enough that I could see and this was explained to the salesman now maybe there is a way to make the display on the clock on the radio larger but I have not been able to find it.

Polite, courteous, and listened to what my problem was that I was trying to resolve.Offered beneficial suggestions that made my work flow even faster than I thought. Jeremy wasn't in a hurry to leave and yet didn't stop working through my issues.

Geek agent worked diligently with a very difficult printer to computer USB connection problem. As printer was wireless capable, he went that route and re-established my connection. Not a routine job. Well done.

Geek Squad Agent was able to get my wireless printer to print at least manually.. The Agent explained to me with my new computer and modem my wireless printer was not capability. I was happy he was at least able to find a work around to print for now.

Alex arrived and was very nice. He put on shoe covers and then fixed my printer so that I could print from computer. He also showed me how to do a couple of things I had questions about. I was very pleased.

Amazing service and setup…even left me his card to call if I had questions and remembered me months later.
