Excellent help from the person helping me to select my new TV and the Geek Squad team installing the TV were perfect.

Very professional and friendly! Helped me with my concerns and answered all my questions. Also showed me how to do stuff I didn't know how to do.

The agent did a thorough assessment of my printer and gave me two options to explore. The one I elected seems to have satisfactorily solved the issue.

The agent was very knowledge with troubleshooting my problem with getting the access and read my aol emails. It was not an easy problem but he had so much patience to work with me to get it right.

She did try to get the driver of my old HP printer fax and scanner but could not so she set up the Brother Scanner that I bought at Best Buy. Did a great job and just in time to make my work easier for me.

The agent looked at our printer and advised that he could not find anything wrong with the printer & was of the opinion that the problem was with the ink cartridge. He then Corrected the set up of our Alexa products so then worked correctly
