Geek squad installed my laptop n transferred all m apps

The agents came in and connected my printer to the wifi so that I can print from either computer without having to get up and turn it on. I appreciate these guys.

The geek squad tech arrived on time. Pleasant. Hooked up the printer and printed some basic pages from within the printer. However, I have no idea how to print from my phone or laptop. There are no printed instructions/manual. I will have to request another qeek squad visit to my hometown.

Although the service guy was great at setting up my printer, it wan't until I needed to scan that I realized that was not set up and I will have to call to see if they can talk me thru it over the phone. We will be moving in a couple of weeks and for sure I will be calling Geek Squad back out to hook up my TV's and computer.

The best teacher, patient and set everything up quickly and taught me the ropes. He was terrific!
