The tech (Tiffany) provided very patient service to me who is very inept in the tech field and she didn't make me feel bad about my low tech knowledge.

Technician was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the printer. He showed me which mobile phone and laptop apps to use, installed and set them up too.

Not absolutely thrilled, but it’s okay. Why? Because HP collects user info in the background and then targets ads to you. Combine that with frequent update reminder popup’s that never downloads an update and you’ll have the reason. Mobile device printing can be a challenge. There dynamic mysteries that occur with the software that require far more than intuition to figure out.

The Best Buy Technician was able to fix my printer issue after I had spent way too much time trying to troubleshoot the issue myself. Thank you Best Buy.

The Geek Squad installed my HP 9015e wireless printer. They explained how to access and use the scan feature which required going thru HP which was different from the printer I replaced.

Geek Squad set up a new printer, late Nov. Fifteen minutes after they left it wouldn't connect with the computer. A few phone calls and they were back about 3 days later everything now works fine.

We had a new hard SS hard drive installed on our desk top computer. This necessitated re-installation of the printer driver and other printer issues. These were performed in an expert manner. The tech arrived early and was very helpful.

did a great job to my satisfaction. The install/setup was fast. The only thing is the email I received with notes referencing the service call is password protected, so I couldn't see them.
