The agent set up my new printer quickly. He was well prepared to do his job well. I’ve had problems with it but that is not his fault. All about the printer itself.

The installer that came to the house was excellent and very helpful.

Printer set up good. Suggested hardwiring but did not bring a dongle or cable -- said none left in the truck. I asked if I could use unopened toner bought for previous same model printer, He said no and looked up another toner. Yet the label stuck on to front of printer specifies exactly what I already have. Suggested new appointment for hardwiring and purchase of a $40 USB-C hub and external driven. On reflection, I decided not to proceed and we cancelled follow-up appointment. I think he's find for standard installation. He needs more training, and technical savvy to better match individual customer's specific needs

The agent set up my new computer and got my printer so it would connect to the computer and print. The service was wonderful. He did an awsome job.

Geek squad person came out to setup my laptop and reset my desktop which were supposed to be done at best buy. He fixed everything and answered all our questions.
