Technician was prompt, but seemed to take a long time --about 2 hours to get printer set up & working. Also..he could have spent a little more time showing me how to use it. He did, however, answer many other questions I had/

The gentleman fixed my printer connection and also told me about Best Buy recycling. He was efficient, polite and accomplished what I wanted. A very good representative of Best Buy.
