The geek squad member who set up the printer was extremely professional, knew the product, and completed the job quickly. He gave us useful pointers on using the printer and left us with the thought that it was a job well done.

So glad I had them set up. Any concerns I had he would explain. He set up preferences to make printing and scanning easier. On a scale of 1 to 10 10 being the highest I would give them 12!

Total Tech came over and set up 2 printers. One of the printers was old and did not interface well. She recommended I purchase another printer at a good price. So I did and she set it up and gave me very good technical support.
