The equipment is solid. The Geek Squad is wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, I have been double billed [$220./yr - twice] for my Geek Squad 2022 services. Bradley in Downers Grove worked 20 minutes to correct this. But, Best Buy still has not credited my account.
