On time, quick, accurate installation. I just wish the booklet had instructions on how to perform functions like hardware updates for those of us who are older and never got to take computer courses in school.

Fixed our printer problems. Two people came to the house. Also helped with automatic backup for both our computers. Both guys were very knowledgeable and pleasant.

I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Fred Davis on 01/11/24, a truly genuine and honest gentleman. At that time no one was working at the front area and he was the only one working in the repair shop area in the back. I call for his attention and he came to assist me with the retrival of my fixed computer even though he appeared to be a very busy individual. I felt very comfortable with the interaction and his ability to go over the repairs they performed in my computer with clear explanations. We need more people like him at Best Buy, that are helpful , good listener and prone to help customers to the best of their ability.

Juan Torres was brought in from the Vallejo, CA areas. He is the most incredible member of the Geek Squad I've ever met. Took the time to teach me things about the printer and computer I never knew. This man has been with the company for almost 25 years and is outstanding! In fact, he should give in-house training to others on the Geek Squad. They could learn a thing or two on customer service. Super friendly and the BEST disposition I have ever come across affiliated with the company.

The technician was very friendly and professional. If there was a problem he figured out how to solve it. He was happy to answer any questions that came to mind.

Arrived promptly, set up printer and tested. Cleaned up cords and surge protector that I no longer need with a laptop not a desktop.
