The agents installed a new hp laser jet printer to my Dell PC and moved the old one to the garage.

Cullen was very curtious and helpful. He helped with all my questions on the new printer and showed me how 5o print from my IPad.

Although the service guy was great at setting up my printer, it wan't until I needed to scan that I realized that was not set up and I will have to call to see if they can talk me thru it over the phone. We will be moving in a couple of weeks and for sure I will be calling Geek Squad back out to hook up my TV's and computer.

The tech came to our house and installed printer and provided instructions and explanation for the printer and its features. Thank you! Very nice knowledgable and professional visit. Well done

Geek Squad set up a new printer, late Nov. Fifteen minutes after they left it wouldn't connect with the computer. A few phone calls and they were back about 3 days later everything now works fine.

The set-up went well. The man was on time; he was personable and helpful. It all went well.

The equipment is solid. The Geek Squad is wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, I have been double billed [$220./yr - twice] for my Geek Squad 2022 services. Bradley in Downers Grove worked 20 minutes to correct this. But, Best Buy still has not credited my account.

Great every time! Home service seems fine it’s the online or tech support that’s not so wonderful. Long waits to even speak to someone that gets disconnected after your wait.
