Geek Squad Team Tech was very knowledgeable and showed me a few new shortcuts. Makes printing alot easier.

Loren installed the printer and took the time to ensure that it was working with our home wi'fi and internet.

I use GEEK SQUAD on a regular basis. Just like a medical check uo. I use home service as well as walk in for up grades on my computer, printers, smart TV (It is smarter than me!), Roku and so on.

Not absolutely thrilled, but it’s okay. Why? Because HP collects user info in the background and then targets ads to you. Combine that with frequent update reminder popup’s that never downloads an update and you’ll have the reason. Mobile device printing can be a challenge. There dynamic mysteries that occur with the software that require far more than intuition to figure out.

The installer was superb ... surely knew what he was doing, courteous, never condescending. Made a point to let me know I could contact him anytime for help.

The service was timely and very complete. The Geek Squad representative explained in lay terms everything that he was doing and how to overcome many of the problems that I had.
