I needed an new desktop and monitor set up at my home, with router connection, and connections to all my peripherals, etc...INCLUDING a printer, yes. But the request was for "printer installation" and the poor tech who arrived said he was not qualified to do system work, only printers - and if I canceled it would be one to two weeks more without my main computer. I ended up doing it all myself (after paying $124 for it, grrrrrrr), but the tech was at leasat willing to doublecheck everything and I appreciated that. Count me as 95% NOT happy with this at-home order.

previously, my computer could not print to my printer, even though they were side by side. Geek squad deleted many outdated and unnecessary files from my computer until the problem was corrected.
