Printer setup for my Moms computer. Teh Geek Squad tech was fabulous and really patient with all of the questions. He was kind and very knowledgeable. SO glad we got the membership!

The technician arrived on time and installed my printer with no issues. I could not have done this setup and connection on my own. The technician called me to follow up which I find a marvelous characteristic.
