Setup was easy and the tech was very careful to explain all my features - didn’t need to ask a lot of questions because tech was so efficient on his coverage. Very pleased!!!

I was having trouble sending job to my printer from my cellphone and tablet. the guy from Geek was very helpful. Got both up runing and helped set up that my printer would send a Fax. It was worth the money.

The technician set up the computer, synced all of my devices, and advised me on processes to ease the use of my new system. He was most attentive to my lack of technological knowledge.

This is a no-feels printer with just 3 functions: print, scan and copy, but that’s all I needed. Had an IT friend set it up wireless, and he found it yo be a little complicated, though.

The tech, Vicent, did the set up on my new printer that I was having problems installing and connecting to the internet. He had to come back a second time to correct a problem and was very courteous and knowledgeable.

This is for the basic printer and not wanting too much more to learn. I like it.

Nicole connected my computer and printer. I did not have a desk yet so she couldn’t zip tie the cords for me. I would like for her to come back and organize my connection wires.

The agent installed the computer. Fixed the printer. Installed a new router. The service was excellent. I would ask for the same agent again.

This Geek squad appears to be very professional and knowledgeable. I am however, acutely aware of the fact that these products are made to break down and become obsolete very quickly....
