The printer is ok. My old printer was out of service for so long that I haven't used this new one as much as I used the older one. It works but I can't say much more at this time.

Technician knew exactly what to do & get my printer working again. Now waiting for him to come and install a wireless in my Den.

The Geek Squad setup my printer and connected it to my IPAD and Computer.

Came out and got a printer up and running right out of the box. Also showed my friend how to use his phone for printing and was extremely nice and knowledgeable.
