Geek Squad installed our printer and explained how to do everything on it. Helped adjust our computer at the same time. We are going to buy all our appliances at Best Buy Geek Squad can install properly.

I cancelled this service. He never came. I figured out how to do the service myself so I called & cancelled the service so he did not come.

Installing is such a simple thing...but not for me. Well worth having a Geek come. Love my new printer.

The agent connected my printer to the internet, gave me some pointers on gmail and some basic advice about adding streaming to my television.

Geek squad agent arrived on time and checked two printer connections plus did some troubleshooting, downloaded a program and was able to transfer information to the program.
