Very respectful he new what he was doing installed in a timely manner and he through the trash.

The agents installed the MacBook Pro and retrieved the data from my old MacBook Pro. They installed the new hp printer. they also corrected a password problem we experienced on our I-Mac.

the agent set up my printer and was not happy, it seems, to demonstrate all the features. dismissive--"You won't need that" or" Nobody faxes anymore" and was not thorough. did not understand I am not a tech wiz. Printer stopped working the next day..ia hd to call geek squad to set it up.

The Geek Squad gentleman that was here was very sharp. I would love to get him again (e.g. like the job we have coming on Nov. 3rd), but that is up to Geek Squad.
