The Geek Squad Agent quickly and efficiently set-up the Epson Printer and enabled access to the printer on three Windows computers and one iPAD.

The first Geeks that set up my first printer were awesome, It was the wrong printer. Bought a second one and the young man that tried to set it up couldn't do it. So now I am still waiting for someone to set up my correct printer.

Miguel took the time to set up the printer and make sure it was linked to my computer to print and scan. He also gave me a tutorial on the scanning method, which was very different than what I had used in the past.

The two guys who came to initially set up my new Epson printer to my phone and my iPad were great. They worked well as a team. My printer had not been out long so it was new to them but they had no trouble. They were able to answer ever question I had and even gave me some tips on ink and paper to buy. Am so glad I made an appointment to use their services as know I’d never have been able to program this one on my own.

After our cable service installed a new router, I discovered that my printer was no longer connected. I tried the installation the printer offered, and it would say it was connected, but it remained inaccessible from my desktop computer. Print commands produced nothing. The scan window refused to open. The second computer would not print anything either. The agent knew exactly what to check, flipped through screens, and within 15 minutes, was able to print and scan from my desktop computer. A few minutes later, the computer in the next room produced a printed document as well. I highly recommend this service!
