The agent didn't give up on installing my printer. It was his experience that helped him. He kept trying things till he got it to work. Thank goodness he was the one that came to my rescue!

Geek squad performed routine diagnostic for my Dell laptop. They made a suggestion for an externsl drive which i purchased.

This is a no-feels printer with just 3 functions: print, scan and copy, but that’s all I needed. Had an IT friend set it up wireless, and he found it yo be a little complicated, though.
