The tech attempted to get my wireless printer working on wifi, only to find that the printer is too old to sync with a current printer driver.

It was a scanner set up. By not backing up work on thumb drive, I lost all my Photos. Was suggested to do all editing in file, before put in thumb drive. Wrong Wrong Wrong, lost 80 hours of scanning.
