This is a no-feels printer with just 3 functions: print, scan and copy, but that’s all I needed. Had an IT friend set it up wireless, and he found it yo be a little complicated, though.

liked second person a lot. First person took older printer without really telling me exactly what was wrong with it. Second person set up computer fine. Printer setup seemed fine, but now can print out only one thing. Realize my fault probably, but annoying.

My laptop wasn't connecting to my printer, so the Geek assistant by-passed and went a different route so that I can still print from my laptop. Not sure what he did, but at least I can print again.
