I had several problems related to the new printer and my computer set up. Some due to the printer I bought in July and had to trash. All the problems were solved and explained. Thank you.

The Geek visit helped make me more versatile in working with both the printer and working with Microsoft intuitively. I appreciated his time and talent.

Geek squad agent arrived on time and checked two printer connections plus did some troubleshooting, downloaded a program and was able to transfer information to the program.

After agent left, I had to re-establish printer connection. Not sure what happened whether it wasn't properly setup or what might have happened.

The Geek Agent installed my printer and took the time to explain its operation. He also answered my questions.

liked second person a lot. First person took older printer without really telling me exactly what was wrong with it. Second person set up computer fine. Printer setup seemed fine, but now can print out only one thing. Realize my fault probably, but annoying.
