Even though it took 5 attempts with phone calls and home visits my computer issue was resolved. There was one employee who was not attentive to the issue and failed to set up an appointment for me as she said she did, Another member, Angelo, did a great job, figured out the problem and had it resolved within 24 hours.

The agent ( Ryan O'Rourke) checked my printer and explained exactly what was wrong with the printer. Mr. O'Rourke called back a few days later to make sure the printer was still working fine. I appreciated this follow up. That is why I usually get most of my electronics from Best Buy!

The Geek guy was terrific. But the printer consistently fails to work -- It's succeeded in bringing an envelope on once out of at least a half-dozen times, and it's simply stopped scanning several times. I've paid around $100 twice to get it fixed and it still fails. So my review is that these guys have been nice folks, but they don't leave me with a properly functioning printer.
