    The Best Buy representative was very professional and really knows his stuff. He had my printer up and running in about 15 minutes. Great job.

    Which Review?? i came in to the store and Chris helped me with my SONY Camera......then the GEEK who came out to help me with a few problems with my printer .................. Both GEEKS ARE AWESOME!!!!!

    I asked the tech if he could print from my iPad. He did something and the printer printed.I did not see what he did and now I can’t print from the iPad.

    Technician arrived at time promised. He reflected quiet, intelligent and efficient personality. Within minutes he connected (wirelessly) our new laser printer to laptop.
