I am a Total Tech Member. As a member I get online assistance and in home assistance from Geek Squad. I have Geek Squad review and update my computer for free as part of the membership fee and there is no limit to the reviews. As part of my satisfaction with Geek Squad over the past few years, I bought my new Dell Inspirion through them and Geek Squad sent a tech in-home to set up the printer on the new computer and other computer in the house and also to update the new computer. This service also includes warranty coverage etc on anythign bought thru Best Buy. I purchased also a new GE Washer/Dryer combo from Best Buy for my home and have the extended warranty and service benefits of Best Buy Geek Squad for this also as part of the membership. My laptop sat for a few years after being hacked. I took a chance and brought it in to Best Buy to possibly resurrect it. They did it! It had to be wiped, but it was ready for pick up in a day!

Robert Luong was the best in home specialist. He was so informative and polite. He was kind, patient & knowledgeable. He connected my printer, showed how to use the phone app and showed how to troubleshoot. Thank you Robert. Thank you Best Buy’s for hiring him.

The agent discovered that the reason I couldn’t set up my printer was because I had two networks. I just had an internet upgrade and the tech didn’t get rid of the old network. The Geek Squad agent quickly discovered the problem and set up my printer.

The service was perfect, I purchased a new HP printer since my old one could not be repaired. The Geek Squad was very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. The printer is working well, HP is a good product.

We received our new printer about a week before our Geek Squad setup appointment. Unable to wait for them, we unboxed and set up the printer enough to print some important documents. As scheduled, David our Geek Squad representative arrived and confirmed our setup and connection. He was GREAT. With prior notice the day before and updates the day of, he made our wait much easier. Showing up with booties, mask and tools along with a brief introduction, he got right to work. While we curiously looked over his shoulder and asking questions every step of the way, he happily answered our questions. He was wonderfully knowledgeable and informative not to mention caring and friendly. David was wonderful! He did a GREAT JOB!!!

Jade was confronted with an unusual situation - the wifi on the HP Page Wide Pro MFP 477dw printer (which is a great printer) was locked when it was installed by an HP technician and the password was unknown (maybe due to staff turnover). The wifi now had a new name because our ISP replaced an aged out router/modem. We couldn't print because the printer specified the old wifi name. Jade kept at it until he found a way to unlock the printer, link it to the correct wifi name and voila! - we can print again. The tech who setup & locked the printer also defaulted the number of copies on the copy function to 4. So as a bonus, Jade corrected the copy default to "1" as well! I am so pleased with his persistence and determination to fix all my printer issues. I am one very happy customer.

Agent arrived at 3 PM 11/22/25. He was friendly and professional. Got my printer running with two different computers. Showed me how to use scanner. Everything seemed good when he left. The next day when I tried to print with computer #2 it would not print, but it would with computer #1. Computer #2 showed the following error message. "Printer offline 3 documents waiting". Help

Truman did a great job in getting my printer working. He figured out why the HP printer was so difficult to use.

We didn’t appreciate the early morning appointment, as being retired, we don’t do mornings anymore! Other than that, he was prompt, and curtious! And very knowledgeable at what he does! He is an asset to your team!
