Printer not working due to Internet change I didnt know I was to hook up printer right a way to new internet box.

The agent mounted my new computer and printer and instructed as to how operate computer and printer.

This was the best money we've spent recently. Our technician was OUTSTANDING. She was knowledgeable, friendly, talented...I could go on and on! She did not rush thru the job, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was perfect before she left. I have never purchased anything from Best Buy that required this type of service. I will definitely do it again if our tech was representative of how this company operates. Could notbe happier.

All was good with installation and a phone help but still need help with using an app.

The agents set up my new printer and connected it to my laptop.

My computer was not staying connected to the internet and therefore I was unable to send things to the printer. The agent at Best Buy was very courteous and listened to my remarks patiently. After checking out a couple of things he connected me with the advanced Geek Squad. Agent Mediconda took over remotely and proceeded to research and complete the job. She was kind and helpful while at the same time being very effeicient. I am very pleased with the results. She cleaned up the device and ensured that I have the latest version of Adobe Reader and other needed products.

The first Geeks that set up my first printer were awesome, It was the wrong printer. Bought a second one and the young man that tried to set it up couldn't do it. So now I am still waiting for someone to set up my correct printer.

Service tech was professional, patient in explanation, thorough with his instructions and honestly just a cool person. He walked me through set up like your tech saavy friend would. Whatever he makes, give him a raise!

Miguel took the time to set up the printer and make sure it was linked to my computer to print and scan. He also gave me a tutorial on the scanning method, which was very different than what I had used in the past.

The Geek Squad agents set up my printer and connected it to my computer. They were very nice, helpful, and good at what they did.

My laptop sat for a few years after being hacked. I took a chance and brought it in to Best Buy to possibly resurrect it. They did it! It had to be wiped, but it was ready for pick up in a day!

I am very impressed with my In-Home service. Xuyen Diep was on time and worked like he definitely knew what he was doing. He talked to me about what I wanted him to do when setting up my new computer and Printer. After he was done, he had me on the computer seeing if I had any questions about any of the new things. He was very patient and explained every detail of the simple things to more intricate things. He made sure that I was comfortable using everything on it. He even gave me his business card so I could call him if I thought of something after he had gone. He also got my new printer up and running as well as explaining how to use it . His patience and understanding that these were new items for me and there were things I needed to know made him the best person to attend to my needs.

Aeria, my Geek Squad agent, showed great patience in getting my Canon printer back in operation.

Jeremy was terrific and extremely helpful in setting up our EERO system. Took all the time he needed to answer all of our questions. Very thorough making sure everything was working properly before he left.

The Geek person was on time. Very knowledgeable and helpful He left and a few hours later the connection between phone & Ipad with printer does not work again. Many calls to not really people who are no help. Just talk stupid. I did get a real person who gave me his work answering machine I did leave message as of now no return call. Not sure if I would recommend best buy and geek squad to a friend.

This cable was a necessity at a critical moment in a break down. I was extremely grateful that Best Buy had the cable on hand. It was that simple item that was pertinent to have in order to back up my pictures on the hard drive.
