Agent set up my printer…not very talkative, only answered my questions when I asked

Problem was resolved quickly. I was explained the problem. I was old to call if any other problems. I will definitely do that.

Agent Uriah provided excellent service, as usual. He connected my printer and my scanner to my laptop, including updating the respective drivers.

She was excellent and knew how to integrate all the components of my new computer so that everything worked and she installed my software and set up the defaults the way I wanted them.
