I received great Geek Squad services at Best Buy location on Harison street in San Francisco, California and at my home.

geek squad employee set up my printer for me. i was pleased with the outcome. what i was not happy with was the wait for his arrival. i know a window of arrival is set up. when the employee is out, why cant he/she notify the customer with an approximate time of arrival?

The agent removed and then downloaded scanner software to get our scanner working again after a move from another state.

I was told the price would be $49 but since the tech worked on the computer & printer; it was $49 for each item so cost was double. Plus the tech put in a new ribbon but did not align it so he didn't finish the job. Therefore, I had to do that when I used my computer.
