I was told the price would be $49 but since the tech worked on the computer & printer; it was $49 for each item so cost was double. Plus the tech put in a new ribbon but did not align it so he didn't finish the job. Therefore, I had to do that when I used my computer.

The agent was very nice and explained what he needed to do during the visit. He followed all covid-19 safety guidelines. I am very happy with the service he provided.

Lance Swift came to install my laser printer. He also helped me with install my laptop. He also helped rid of a computer virus which attached itself to my laptop

The agent performed troubleshooting for my new computer and took the time to explain some of its features to me. Also checked my printer.

Your technician evaluated my situation and deemed the prnter was installed properly. He explained everything to me and returned my fees for his services that day. What a guy!!!
