Agent came early and setup printer so I could scan. Would have preferred to use the printer icon for scanning.

Agent was on time, called ahead to say he was on his way, he was friendly, knowledgeable. He got our computers to work with our HP printer and scanner.

Serviceman arrived on time and troubleshooted the problem giving an accurate analysis later followed up by in house Geek squad. Problem was fixed and hasn't recurred.
