    My printer was set up and the agent explained all the functions of the printer me. He did a fantastic job and I was well pleased. The printer is still performing the way it should. I love it!!

    The Geek Squad is still very hard to get hold of--even though I was promised free help with the installation of my new printer--but eventually the agent who came out seemed to know his business and got the new printer running.
