I love my geek squad team. Sergio came out and fixed my printer 1-2-3. Even came early.

I knew what I needed in my printer-scanner and the store accommodated me with several options. I appreciated the recommendations and the discussion of pros and cons. Because I need to scan and send a lot of documents, the Geek Squad rep took extra time to review options and operations. I was able to practice and ask more questions. The rep also added additional information I hadn’t thought of. Very informative and anxiety reducing. And I can always call for additional help.

They were prompt and did everything well but did not teach me how to use the printer. I did ask two questions. Later I realized there was no manual with it and went online and found some help. And I do have another question about a television I bought from there this year that will not work and they told me I had to bring it there because it was 32 in. I am 81 years old and just got out of intensive care. Not good customer relations and I won't be renewing again unless I get some feedback I'm fixing this television for me.

The Geek Squad agents set up my printer and connected it to my computer. They were very nice, helpful, and good at what they did.

The agent installed my computer. He did not not have to do anything to my printer it worked fine on my new computer without issue. I also asked him if he could access my Smart Tv to pair with my new computer and my cell phone. I also had a laptop that I wanted paired with my new computer. He did not do any of these things for me. I'm having problems right now with my new Best Buy computer that I was having with my old one. I cannot sign into my Att Email or Google and others. I did contact the Geek Squad and the Tech took control of my computer to fix the problem. I had to leave my computer for a few minutes and when I got back the Tech was gone. The next morning my Log-in to my ATT account and Email was like it was on my old computer my password was wrong. I'm disabled and really count on my computer to do my banking, paying bills and Doctor appointments along with my prescriptions. So it's a must I have a dependable system for everyday life. I tried to contact the Geek Squad again but the Tech had several other people he was working on at the same time. I told him I had to get offline and do my breathing treatment and take my meds. I don't know what to do now. I did have problems hearing things this person was saying, He had an accent that was a problem for me.

The agent was prompt, professional and thorough. He installed my printer, made sure it worked, patiently walked me through its usage. I was more than willingly to pay the install fee for such excellent customer service.

This cable was a necessity at a critical moment in a break down. I was extremely grateful that Best Buy had the cable on hand. It was that simple item that was pertinent to have in order to back up my pictures on the hard drive.

The agent unpacked and set up my new printer as well as connecting it to my other devices. He answered all my questions and explained all the features of the new printer. Also, removed all the packaging and took my old printer with him to recycle. I was very happy with the quick and great service.

On that day they installed my TV connection to my box and everything is now working great. They knows the problems and fix them. I will use them again. I trust them 100%.

All was good with installation and a phone help but still need help with using an app.
