The agent was very personable and professional but did not seem to be veery familiar with the device being installed.

The technicians guided the connection of a new equipment provided by Spectrum and needed to establish Wifi for wireless printing.

Printer was set up with the new computer with no problem. Have a HP office jet which was set up with the app for scanning.

The agent set up the printer exactly where I wanted it and taugth me how to use it.

The tech came in , unpacked the printer , set it up and made sure printer worked
