    the agent down loaded the wrong software to connect the printer. after talking to the geek squad by phone a second time the right software was downloaded so that it would finally print.

    The reason for three not five stars is in the printer. I don't like the noise and a squeaking drawer when in operation. This is a poor choice I made but you didn't have a better option.
