I really need to review 2times I have delt with Geek Squad last week. The in person one was perfect. He did everything we asked, explained it and offered new ideas, even installing a free program I had not heard of. Bt 4 days later I had to call Geeks due to my computer crashing and my not being able to open it. I was hung up on after 15 minutes. He had already asked me to verify my call back number. No excuse.

They set up my new computer in house then came to my house to download and connect to my printer. Great job!
