The technician was very knowledgeable. He explained to me the technology involved with other items. He checked the area where the printer was to be set up. We tested the new printer with his guidance. He seemed to be efficient at what he was setting up.

The agent couldn't accomplish the set-up but did identify the problem and suggest the proper solution.
