Printer fixed

the good and the bad

He did everything we asked, explained it and offered new ideas, even installing a free program I had not heard of. Bt 4 days later I had to call Geeks due to my computer crashing and my not being able to open it. I was hung up on after 15 minutes. He had already asked me to verify my call back number. No excuse.
